Leona Magnolia Kremer, 82, of Eau Claire died Friday, July 22, 2005, surrounded by loving family at Sacred Heart Hospital. Leona was born August 13, 1922, in the village of Graceville, Minnesota. \r\nLeona married John Alois Kremer, Jr. on June 2, 1945, during his military service in Vancouver, Washington. When John was discharged, they returned to Eau Claire where they raised three children, Jerome Allen (Ruth) of Carthage, IL, Mary Jean (Gene) Hanson, and Rodney Paul, both of Eau Claire.\r\nLeona is survived by her children, seven grandchildren, and one great grandchild. \r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and in-laws. \r\nLeona had an excellent sense of humor and loved to socialize with family and friends. She will be greatly missed.\r\nFuneral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2005, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home with Father Eugene Klink officiating. Entombment will be in Resurrection Chapel Mausoleum in Calvary Cemetery, Eau Claire.
