Leonard R. Garth, 64, of Eau Claire, died Monday, April 22, 2013, at his residence. He was born in Kansas City,KS, on July 21, 1948, a son of Earl and Irene (Royal) Garth. Leonard had worked at Mayo Health System in Eau Claire, as a Nursing Assistant for 26 years. He took pride and enjoyed caring for the patients. Leonard is survived by his twin brother, Byron Garth of Eau Claire; brothers, Anthony and Vincent both of Kansas City, MO; nieces Hanna and Sara Garth of Los Angeles, CA; nephews, Vincent and Vonzell Garth of Kansas City, MO. He is preceded in death by his parents. Memorial Services will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2013, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, 814 First Ave. in Eau Claire with Father Eugene Klink officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery in Eau Claire.
