Lillian C. Anderson, 100, of Eau Claire, died Saturday, June 26, 2004, at Sacred Heart Hospital. She was born in Strum on February 3, 1904, the daughter of Even and Maria (Rice) Holte. \r\nLillian graduated from LaCrosse Teacher's College and taught elementaryschool in Ironwood, MI, Belle Fourche and Millbank, SD. After moving to Eau Claire she taught at Longfellow School and retired from Robbins School, town of Washington in 1969.\r\nLillian married Emil "Babe" Johnson in December of 1932, in Independence, WI. Emil died in 1975. Lillian married Anton Anderson in 1978. Anton died in 1979.\r\nShe was a member of First Lutheran Church, its church circles, and the Retired Teachers' Association.\r\nSurvivors include two daughters, Virginia (Richard) Smith and Ellen "Sandy" (Larry) McClean; her son, Steven A. (Janet) Johnson all of Eau Claire; ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.\r\nShe was also preceded in death by her parents; six sisters and three brothers.\r\nFuneral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 30, 2004, at First Lutheran Church with Pastor Amy Odgren officiating. Burial will be in Lutheran Church Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church. \r\nMemorials may be directed to Sacred Heart Hospital, 900 W.
