Linda K. (Benjamin) Larson, 66, of Eau Claire, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016, under the loving care of her family and the Oakwood Villa Staff, in Altoona, WI. She was born October 4, 1949, in Eau Claire, the daughter of the late Bob and Kay Benjamin. She graduated from North High School in 1967. On December 7, 1974 she married Michael "Mickey" Larson who preceded her in death in 2004. Linda worked in numerous restaurants in Eau Claire, Milwaukee, Los Angeles & Wausau. She ended her working career with her favorite job working with disabled clients for LSS. Linda is survived by her sister, Sue Zuech, of Eau Claire, WI; her niece, Paula (Eric) Ryan and their son, Devan of Lawrence, Kansas; forever friends and caregivers Gerrie & Jimmy Rath, of Eau Claire, WI; sister-in-law, Patti (Kim) Tisland and niece Shannon and her daughter Olivia Grace, of Fort Wayne, IN; her uncle, Ray Johnson, cousins, Jane (Roger) Dale of Eau Claire, WI, and Amy (Fred) Zimmer, of Keshena, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Mickey. Per Linda's wishes, no services will be held.
