Lois Eileen Kunshier, 78, of Eau Claire and Apache Junction, AZ passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2006, at Rochester Methodist Hospital in Rochester, MN. She was born April 20, 1928, in Catawba, WI, the daughter of Romeo J. and Florence V. (Yauch) Schuh. \r\nShe graduated from Phillips High School in 1945. She then went on to Business College in Eau Claire.\r\nLois worked in Minneapolis for several years as a clerical worker for Standard Oil Company. \r\nIn 1975 Lois married Lloyd Kunshier in Las Vegas, NV. He passed away in 2001 in Apache Junction, AZ. \r\nShe loved playing cards, knitting, quilting, and going to Apache Jct., AZ in the winter. \r\nLois is survived by one sister, Phyllis Kensmoe of Eau Claire; two brothers, Paul (Marian) of Phillips, WI, and Larry (Norma) of Minneapolis, MN; a sister-in-law, Marion Schuh of Boonville, MO; and several nieces and nephews. \r\nLois was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd; her parents; and her brother, Robert.\r\nMemorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 24, 2006, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church with Pastor Carlton Kangas officiating. Burial will be in Gordon Memorial Cemetery, Gordon, WI. Family and friends may call one hour prior to services Monday at the church.
