LuAnn D. Miller, 88, of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2023 at Mayo Clinic Health System - Eau Claire. LuAnn was born in Eau Claire to Milton and Eleanor (Olson) Loga on August 15, 1935. She graduated from Eau Claire Memorial High School. She married Kenneth L. Miller, on October 9, 1954 at First Lutheran Church in Eau Claire. She enjoyed building dollhouse miniatures, baking, sewing, handiwork, camping, fishing, playing games, puzzles and spending time with family and friends. LuAnn is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth L. Miller; son, Marty Miller; sons- in-law; Thomas Hofkes and Leo Timmerman; sisters, Carol Hasart and Donna Fox; brother, Claire; parents-in-law, George and Lulu (Beguhn) Miller; brothers-in-law, Lloyd, James, Robert, Buddy, Lyle and Ralph and sister-in-law, Mae. LuAnn is survived by daughters, Susan Hofkes and Dawn Timmerman; son-in-law, Dean Williams; brother, Ernest (Jeanne) Loga; sister-in-law, Joanne Miller; grandchildren, Tiffany (Todd) Earnest, Katie (Bradley) Marlow, and Kayla (Kevin) Walsh; several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many cousins. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to Trinty Lutheran Church, 1314 E. Lexington Blvd, Eau Claire, WI 54701 or donor's choice. Memorial Services will be held at 11am on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at Trinity Lutheran Church, with Pastor Patrick Patterson officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. The burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in the Town of Washington.
