Luther John Larson, born January 16, 1943, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2026, just one day shy of his 83rd birthday. He was the son of Alvin and Elva Larson and is survived by his devoted wife, Sharry, with whom he shared over 52 years of love and companionship. Luther was a proud father to Charles, Denice, and Jason, and a cherished grandfather to Ariana, Deacon, Reynah, and his great-grandchild, Zaelyn. He is also survived by his brothers, Richard and Myron, many extended family members, and cherished friends. Luther was preceded in death by; his parents, his brother, Stanley Larson, his sister, Elaine Shives, his in-laws, Charles and Vivian Stuber, and brothers-in-law, Dale Wagner, Wayne Stuber, and nephew, Brian. A veteran of the Vietnam War, he served honorably in the US Army and was a member of the Legion. Luther was known for his love of fishing and being in nature, and he always had some DIY project that he was busy with.
