Margaret T. Weber, age 98, formerly of the town of Ludington, WI, died peacefully on August 9, 2013, at the Fall Creek Care Center. Margaret was born in Eau Claire on February 27, 1915, to Frank and Ellen (McCaghy) Falch. She married Joseph Weber on June 24, 1950, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Eau Claire. Margaret was a member of St. Bridget's Parish in the Town of Seymour, and was a member of their Altar Society. Having an Irish decent, her catholic faith was very important to her. Prior to her marriage to Joe, Margaret worked at Presto working in the office and at the switchboard. After their marriage, she moved to the farm where she enjoyed being involved with all the farm work and farm animals. She enjoyed her garden including vegetables, strawberries, and all kinds of flowers, having a "green thumb." She and Joe enjoyed going for rides and stopping for coffee, lunch or an ice cream cone. She also enjoyed baking, canning and was an excellent cook. Margaret is survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph on September 11, 1989; her parents; and her sisters, Helen Farrell and Lucy Krumenauer. The family would like to thank the Fall Creek Care Center and their staff, St. Joseph's Hospice, and all of her doctors for all of their wonderful care given to Margaret. Margaret's wishes were to be buried immediately after her death and have no visitation. There will be a Memorial Mass at 11 AM on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at St. Bridget's Catholic Church, 2801 N. 110th Avenue, Chippewa Falls/Town of Seymour, Eau Claire County WI. Father N. Victor Inbaraj will be officiating. Burial was at St. Bridget's Catholic Cemetery. There will be a lunch served by the St. Bridget's Altar Society following the Mass.
