Marie Johnson, 87, formerly of 1105 S. Barstow St., died Friday, April 12, 1996 at the Center of Care.\r\nShe was born March 25, 1909 to John and Marit (Olson) Lybeck in Dallas, WI.On October 20, 1946, Marie married Edgar P. Johnson in Dallas. They farmed in the Sand Creek area until his death in 1955. Marie soon moved to Eau Claire, where she was employed at Luther Hospital until retiring in 1973. Marie then provided home support care.\r\nShe is survived by three nephews, William (Ardella) Lybeck of Garrison, MN, Ronald (Lisa) Lybeck of Largo, FL, and Dean (Bess) Lybeck of Medford; a niece, Theda (Harold) Tucker of Rice Lake and several cousins.\r\nFuneral Services will be at 11 A.M. Monday at Bethesda Lutheran Brethren Church with Pastor Morris Vold officiating. Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Sand Creek.
