Marion A. Snoeyenbos, 88 of 600 Graham Avenue died Friday , February 23, 1996 at The Clairemont. She was born March 10, 1907 in Spring Valley to Charles and Eunice (Preston) Brown. She received her teaching certificate from River Falls State Teacher's College in 1931. Marion married Leon Snoeyenbos on September 28, 1932 at her parent's home in Spring Valley.She was a member of Plymouth United Church of Christ, the DAR, and a volunteer with both the Red Cross and for many years at Luther Hospital.Survivors include a sister, Mabel (Marvin) Seifert of Long Beach, CA; two sister-in-laws, Erna Snoeyenbos of Eau Claire; Florence Brown of Spring Valley and several nieces and nephews. Marion was preceded in death by her husband Leon in 1968; her parents; a sister, Irene Jacobson; two brothers, Robert and Everett Brown.Funeral Services will be at 11 A.M. Tuesday, February 27, at Plymouth United Church of Christ,Eau Claire with Pastor John Wreford officiating. Burial will be in Baldwin Cemetery, Baldwin. Friends may call 4 to 7 P.M. Monday at Lenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home, Eau Claire and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.
