Marsha Lynn Donagan, 50, of Eau Claire joined her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 4, 2007. The good Lord gave her mom, Mary Rude the best birthday gift a mother could ask for (Mary's birthday, July 5th) her beloved daughter meeting her in Heaven on her special day to celebrate together again as a family. Born, May 8, 1957, daughter of Marshall "Mush" and Mary Jane (Hart) Rude, she graduated from North High School class of 1975, with honors. Marsha was an office manager and bookkeeper for many years and was very good at her profession. She had the "gift of gab" and had very good people skills. \r\nMarsha was a long time member of Grace Lutheran Church. She married the love of her life, Thomas R. Donagan on June 27, 1980. They spent many years together enjoying life with each other, their two beautiful children, Marisa and Ryan, and their very special Schitzu, Tashi Leigh, (whom Marsha absolutely adorned). They loved camping together with Marisa, Ryan, Tashi, Aunt Pam, and "Augie Doggy" during weekends in the summer. Marsha also loved her husband Tom's gourmet cooking and baking, she loved planting flowers and watching them grow, spending time in her home, shopping till you drop, spending time with the "other sister, Connie", whom she also adored. She loved life. She was sassy and witty and fun to be with. We are going to miss her dearly. \r\nMarsha is survived by her husband, Thomas; their two lovely children, Ryan and Marisa Donagan; her loving sister, Pamela Jane Rude, whom she shared a special bond with, all of Eau Claire. She is also survived by her very loving brother, Craig (Cindy) Rude of Black River Falls; and niece, Lacy Jane Rude (Adam) of Madison, WI; mother and father-in-law, Lois and Dan Donagan of Colfax, WI; Also survived by very close cousins and many close girl friends, whom she enjoyed many special times with and shared a lot of laughter with. She was preceded in death by her mom and dad, Mary Jane and "Mush" Rude. She was preceded in death by her parents.\r\nFuneral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 9, 2007, at Grace Lutheran Church, Eau Claire, with the Rev. David J. Irgens officiating. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in the Town of Washington, WI. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Monday at the church.\r\nOur special thanks go out to Dr. Daniel Burns, Corey, Dr. Nambudiri and staff at Luther Midelfort for their compassion and endless care and support.\r\nMay she rest in peace.
