Martha M McMahon, was born in Eau Claire, WI on January 6, 1942, the daughter of Walton R Manz and Beatrice A (Hartvigh) Manz.

Martha and John F McMahon were married on February 14, 1959, at St Patrick's Catholic Church.

Martha is survived by her three children, Martie McMahon of St Paul, MN, David (Cheri) McMahon of Marietta GA, and Steven (Leigh) McMahon of Eau Claire; six grandchildren, Angela (Anton) Martinez, Laura (Damon) Clark, Mick (Megan) McMahon, Jason McMahon, Kristin (Frank) Naranjo, and Stephen (Jennie) McMahon; and twelve great-grandchildren, Amaya Cork, Tatiana Martinez, Catalina Martinez, Vincent Martinez, Madison Clark, Landon Clark, Miles Clark, Lilly Filer, Lincoln McMahon, Beatrice McMahon, Addison McMahon and Kylie McMahon; brother, Frank (Joann) Manz, sister-in-law Diane Manz, brother-in-law Jim (Lynn) McMahon, brother-in-law Ed (Shari) McMahon and sister-in-law Colleen McMahon; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John, her parents, her brother, John Manz; sister-in-law, Helen Manz; brother, Carl Manz; sister-in-law, Judy McMahon, sister-in-law Kathleen Kortness, brother-in-law Jerry Kortness and brother-in-law Pat McMahon.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:30am Monday, February 23, 2026 at First Congregational United Church of Christ, 310 Broadway St. Eau Claire, WI, 54703, with Rev. Dr. Mark Pirazzini officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. A luncheon will follow the service. Inurnment will be at Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire.
