Michael J. Prueher, 19, of Eau Claire, died Saturday, June 12, 2004 in Little Falls, Minnesota in an automobile accident. He was born on May 8, 1985 in Eau Claire, the son of David and Michelle (Brenner) Prueher.\r\nMichael graduated from North High School with the class of 2003, and was currently enrolled at Chippewa Valley Technical College.\r\nSurvivors include his father, David Prueher of Eau Claire; his mother, Michelle "Shelly" Prueher of Little Falls, MN; sister, Kelsey Prueher of Eau Claire; grandfather, William (Diane) Brenner of Mankato, MN; grandmother, Geraldine Prueher of Eau Claire; aunts and uncles, Joey (Wayne) Eski, John (Jean) Walter, Duane (Ruth-Ann) Mahder, Mary Ellen Brownell, Barbara Prueher (Kurt Moltz), Robert (Kelly) Prueher, Anita Prueher (Mike Schlageter), Bill Boeslager; and many cousins.\r\nHe was preceded in death by his grandfather, Arthur Prueher; grandmother, Karen Brenner; aunt, Karen Boeslager; and cousin, Andrew Boss.\r\nMichael had an abiding passion for fishing, hunting and any outdoor activity, including skate boarding with his family and friends.\r\nMemorial services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 17, 2004 at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home with Father Edmund Klimek officiating. Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and one hour prior to services on Thursday.
