Mildred M. Fry, 94, of Vadnais Heights, MN, formerly of Eau Claire, died Tuesday, May 25, 2010, peacefully at her home. She was born in Elk Mound, WI, on August 22, 1915, a daughter of Theodore and Anna (Kerner) Krueger. \r\nMildred married Clarence E. Fry on September 23, 1938, in the Town of Wheaton. .She enjoyed gardening, fishing, sewing, serving the lord, and most of all spending time with her family. \r\nShe was a member of Pinehurst Lutheran Church for over fifty years before moving to Minnesota to be with her family. \r\nMildred is survived by her son, Richard (Karen) Fry of White Bear Lake, MN; three grandsons, David (Monica) Fry of White Bear Lake, MN, Daniel (Renae) Fry of Forest Lake, MN, Gregory (Kristin) Fry of Stillwater, MN; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Kristin, Carmen, Benton, and Laney Fry, Alex, Cody, and Ryan Floen; two sisters, Lillian Solberg and Phyllis Hintzman; brother, LaVern Krueger; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. \r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clarence; and eight siblings. \r\nFuneral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 28, 2010, at Pinehurst Lutheran Church, 3304 Fern Court, Eau Claire, with Pastor Bruce E. Schwark officiating. Burial will be Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services Friday at the church. Food and fellowship to follow the burial will be held at the Eagle's Club, 2588 Hallie Road,Chippewa Falls.
