MILDRED H. LASKER, 93, of Eau Claire, died Wednesday, March 22, 2000 at the Syverson Lutheran Home. She was born on April 27, 1906 to Andrew and Hattie (Gieble) Hovland in Eau Claire. She married Max Lasker in Eau Claire on June 7, 1935.\r\nSurvivors include a son, Charles (Kathy) Lasker of Eau Claire; three grandchildren, Nicole Lasker and husband, Erik Ringsrud of Eau Claire, Elizabeth Lasker and husband Craig Falkner of Minneapolis, MN; and Max C. Lasker of Eau Claire; two sisters, Donaldene Gehring and Dorothy Lord both of Eau Claire.\r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Max M. Lasker in 1960; a son, Thomas; two sisters, Geraldine (Hovland) Klein and Beatrice (Hovland) Lundquist.\r\nPrivate family memorial services were held today at First Congregational United Church of Christ with Rev. William A. Heins officiating. Burial was in Lakeview Cemetery. Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral and Cremation Services served the family.\r\nMemorials may be sent to the American Red Cross, 218 N.
