Obituary

MILO E. MOSER, 84, of 2737 3rd St., Eau Claire died Saturday, January 20, 2001 at his residence. He was born on August 31, 1916 in Spring Hill, Kansas to Elmer and Mary (McClure) Moser. Milo married Adel Koller on September 28, 1985 in Eau Claire. \r\nHe entered the U.S. Army on May 10, 1945 and served in the Pacific Theatre until his honorable discharge on October 23, 1946.\r\nMilo worked 28 years for Standard Oil Company and was a home construction builder.\r\nHe was a member of the VFW Post # 7232.\r\nSurvivors include his wife, Adel; two sons, Paul (Debbie) Koller of Kenosha and Greg (Roberta) Koller of Chippewa Falls; a daughter, Kathleen (Ernest) Myers of Elk Mound; five grandchildren, SueAnn, Joseph and Jeri Koller, and John and Joseph Myers; a sister, Effie Moser of Paola, KS; a son, Gary Moser and a daughter, Anna Mae (Glen) Masterson both of Stillwell, KS; two grandchildren and six great grandchildren.\r\nFuneral services will be at 12:00 Wednesday, January 24, 2001 at St. James the Greater Catholic Church with Father John A. Schultz officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. Friends and relatives may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home and an hour prior to services Wednesday at the church. There will be a 6:30 p.m. public prayer service Tuesday at the funeral home.
