MILTON "BUD" J. BEAUDETTE, 95, of Eau Claire, died suddenly Sunday, February 25, 2001 at his home. He was born July 28, 1905 to Horace and Louise (Bertrand) Beaudette in Chippewa Falls. \r\nBud married Margaret E. Pieper on September 8, 1927 in Eau Claire. They were married for 62 years, prior to her death in 1989.\r\nHe worked at Uniroyal for 43 years until his retirement.\r\nSurvivors include a daughter, Connie (Gerald "Butch") Lund of Rochester, MN; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; a son-in-law, James Murray of Denver, CO; and a daughter-in-law, LaVonne Beaudette of Brookings, OR.\r\nHe was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret; a daughter, Priscilla Murray; a son, Dewey; and two sisters, Gladys Serene and Lucille Porter.\r\nBud enjoyed many things, including his garden, reading, watching wrestling and the Green Bay Packers. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. He will be sadly missed by his family and all who knew him.\r\nFuneral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 3, 2001 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with Father Edmund Klimek and Deacon Larry Agema officiating. Friends and relatives may call one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Eau Claire. Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home is serving the family.
