MYRTLE E. SWAN, 95, formerly of Minneapolis, MN, died Sunday, May 30, 1999 at the Syverson Lutheran Home. She was born April 27, 1904 to John and Jennie (Nelson) Johnson in Minneapolis. Myrtle married John O. Swan and they resided in Minneapolis until John's death in 1984. \r\nSurvivors include a son, William (Lorna) Baardson of Eau Claire; a daughter, Beverly (Larry) Anderson of Baldwinsville, NY; two grandsons, Blair (Carol) Anderson of Columbia, SC, and Myles (Peggy) Anderson of Baldwinsville, NY; a granddaughter, Terryl (Terry) of Mondovi; two great-grandsons, Tyler and Bennett Anderson of Baldwinsville, NY and a great-granddaughter, Katherine Pittman of Mondovi; several nieces and nephews. \r\nShe was also preceded in death by three sisters.\r\nGraveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN. Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home is serving the family.
