NORMAN O. JOHNSON, 69, of 1223 Fairway St., Eau Claire died Monday, December 20, 1999 at Sacred Heart Hospital. He was born on May 3, 1930 in Eau Claire to Ole and Mabel (Thompson) Johnson.\r\nNorman married Elizabeth Ann Fjelsted on September 15, 1956 in Chippewa Falls. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and was honorably discharged September 20, 1953.\r\nNorman was employed at Peters Meat Products until the business closed. He later became an Institutional Aid at the Northern Center in Chippewa Falls, retiring in 1989 after working there for 17 years. Norman loved fishing, visiting with family and friends, and he dearly loved the times he had with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.\r\nSurvivors include his wife, Elizabeth Ann; four sons, Wayne (Carrie) of Cadott,Warren ( Karen) of Chippewa Falls, Donald (Teresa) of Menomonie, Daniel (Paula) of Cadott; three daughters, TerriAnn (David) Larsen of Eau Claire, Tami (Bruce) Madalinski and Margaret (Mark) McIlquham both of Chippewa Falls; thirteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; three brothers, Donald (Bernice) and Charles Johnson both of Eau Claire, and James (Joan) Johnson of Phoenix,AZ; two sisters, Betty (Wayne) Lester and Evelyn (Pete) Zank both of Eau Claire; an uncle, Wallace Thompson and two aunts, Alvina Voldsness and Lillian Johnson all of Eau Claire; \r\nHe was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, DuWayne "Duke" and an infant brother, Eugene Johnson.
