OLGA WRY, 102, a resident of Friendship Manor,Marshfield and formerly 1019 S. Farwell St., died Monday, April 28, 1997 at St. Joseph's Hospital Hospice Care Unit in Marshfield. She was born November 18, 1894 in Alma,WI, to Frank and Urusla (Alleman) Huber. She attended LaCrosse Normal School where she graduated from the commercial course and then taught nine years prior to her marriage. Olga married Earl H. Wry on December 5, 1922. After her marriage she spent most of her spare time doing volunteer work. She was the oldest member of Lake Street United Methodist Church.\r\nSurvivors include many nieces and nephews. Olga was preceded in death by her husband, Earl in 1982, one brother and one sister.\r\nFuneral Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Lake Street United Methodist Church with Pastor Kent P. Ingram officiating. Graveside committal services will be at 2:15 p.m. Thursday at Fairview Cemetery in Stillwater,MN. Friends may call one hour prior to services Thursday at the church. Lenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home is serving the family.\r\nIn lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be directed to Lake Street United Methodist Church Choir Fund.
