Patricia "Pat" LuJane Bowman , 63, of 2112 Providence Court died Wednesday, May 1, 1996 at her home. She was born October 2, 1932 in Duluth, Minnesota to Raymond and Agnes (Hendrickson) Pond. Pat and her husband, John were married on August 1, 1953 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Eau Claire.\r\nPat was the Parish Secretary at Immanuel Lutheran Church for 18 years, where she was also a member of the Ruth Circle, a Sunday School teacher, and a choir member. She was a past president and member of Church Women United of Wisconsin, was active in the Luther Hospital Auxiliary, a board member of the Wisconsin Conference of Churches, and was also a Eau Claire Service League member. One of Pat's greatest joys and devotions in life were her husband, children, and grandchildren.\r\nSurvivors include her beloved husband , John; three sons, Daniel (Mary) , Mark (Marcia), Paul ( Kim) and seven beautiful grandchildren, Katie, John, Sarah, Laura, Tim, Tom and Tony Bowman all of Eau Claire; a sister, June Pond of Eau Claire; an aunt, Alice Johnson of Columbia Heights, MN; an aunt and godmother, Edith Felix of Duluth, MN; two nieces, a nephew and nine cousins.\r\nChristian Burial Services will be at 11A.M. Saturday at Immanuel Lutheran Church with Pastor David K. Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call 4 to 8 P.M. Friday (Today) at Immanuel Lutheran Church and one hour prior to services Saturday at the church.
