Pauline W. Peterson, 89, of Little Rock, Arkansas, formerly of Eau Claire, died Wednesday, March 9, 2005, in Little Rock. She was born in Brownsville, Pennsylvania on February 8, 1916, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth Jane (Vance) Whetsel.\r\nPauline married Wendell A. Peterson in Washington D.C. on April 6, 1941. She worked at Sacred Heart Hospital as a Registered Nurse for thirty years. Pauline and Wendell lived in the Eau Claire area for over fifty years until they moved to Little Rock eight years ago to be near family.\r\nSurvivors include her daughter, Karen (Ken) Anderson of Little Rock; three granddaughters, Kimberly Van Patten, Kari Kline, and Kelli Snyder; and eight great-grandchildren.\r\nShe was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell; and son, Lowell.\r\nGraveside services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, March 11, 2005, at Forest Hill Cemetery with Pastor Andrew Hinwood officiating. Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral and Cremation Services assisted the family.
