Philip "Boomer" J. De Ford, 28, of Eau Claire, died Tuesday, April 12, 2005, at his residence. He was born February 17, 1977, in Eau Claire, the son of Viv De Ford. Boomer graduated from North High School with the class of 1995.\r\nHe is survived by his mom, Viv De Ford; six brothers and sisters, David De Ford, SanaJean Decorah, Marcus Weister, Denise (Cory Rand) Weister, Curtis "Tweeter" Weister, Emily Smith, all of Eau Claire; three nieces; three nephews; and the family dog Harley.\r\nBoomer will be sadly missed by his family, and will remain in their lives and hearts forever.\r\nMemorial services will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2005, at Lenmark Gomsrud Linn Funeral Home, with Pastor James Schaefer officiating. Family and friends may call from 4 p.m. until the time of services Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
