PHYLLIS R. ERICKSON, 79, died Monday, November 16, 1998 at the Syverson Lutheran Home.\r\nShe was born October 29, 1919 in Eau Claire, to Willard and Ruth (Stafford) Jackson. She graduated from Eau Claire Senior High School with the class of 1936, and attended Stout College in Menomonie.\r\nPhyllis married Clare Erickson at Christ Church Cathedral in Eau Claire, on December 11, 1941.\r\nSurvivors include a daughter Susan (Clancy) Hatleberg of Chippewa Falls; a son, Lee Erickson of Ellettsville, IN; four grandchildren, Heidi (Brad) Smith, Jodie Hatleberg, Jamie (Amado) Hatleberg and David Erickson; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Willard Jackson of Indianapolis, IN; a brother-in-law, Gordon D. Erickson of Eau Claire, and nieces and nephews. \r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clare in 1985; and a brother, Frederick Jackson.\r\nPrivate graveside services will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery.\r\nLenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home is serving the family.\r\nFamily requests memorials be directed to the L.E.
