RALPH B. KILDE, 85, of 810 E. Madison St., died Sunday, August 22, 1999 at the Syverson Lutheran Home. He was born August 31, 1913 in Eau Claire to John and Ragna (Swenson) Kilde. \r\nHe worked 41 years in the service department at National Presto Industries until his retirement in 1978. Ralph was an active member of First Lutheran Church where he was an usher for 61 years and he was a very generous supporter of the mission of the church, especially Luther Park. He was a collector of train memorabilia, old post cards and stamps. \r\nHe is survived by a brother, Rev. Paul (Marcella) Kilde, a sister, Helen Kilde, both of Eau Claire, and several nieces and nephews. \r\nRalph was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers, Rev. Clarence Kilde, Rev. John Kilde and Harold Kilde.\r\nFuneral Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at First Lutheran Church with the Rev. Dr. Duane C. Pederson officiating. Burial will be in Lutheran Church Cemetery. Friends may call an hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home is serving the family.\r\nFamily requests memorials be directed to First Lutheran Church.
