Rayma Donohue aged 76, of Eau Claire, WI, died of Parkinson's Disease, at Lake Hallie Memory Care, where she had been a resident for the last year and a half. Rayma was born in Chicago, IL. She trained a respiratory therapist and worked at hospitals in Illinois, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin. Rae was an avid gardener. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and sewing. She loved her dogs, having had many throughout her life. She was always the happiest when having a laugh and a glass of wine with her friends. Rayma was proceeded in death by a son, Anton "Tony" Perez; parents, John "Jack" and Edna Donohue and brother, Scott "Hoddy" Donohue. She is survived by a son, Joel (Kim) Donohue, Fort Worth, TX; sister, Kim Carpenter, Eau Claire, WI and Tarita Taylor, Gilman, WI; sister-in-law, Janet Donohue, Round Lake Beach, IL; two grandchildren and one great grandchild. A niece, four nephews, many cousins, and her dearest friends, Jayne Sweet, Maureen O'Donnell and Lynne Henning. Services will be held at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 117 Allen Street, Chippewa Falls, WI, on Saturday, June 21, 2025. There will be a visitation beginning at 1pm, followed by a Mass at 2pm.
