Raymond A. Radtke, 82, of Bokeelia, FL, and formerly of Eau Claire, Stevens Point, and Superior, died Thursday, March 31, 2005, at Cape Corral Hospital in Cape Corral, FL. He was born in Eau Claire on June 9, 1922, the son of Alfred and Stella (Strehlau) Radtke.\r\nHe served honorably in the U.S. Navy on USS Hobby (DD-610) in World War II from 1942 to 1946.\r\nRaymond married Janna Johnsen of Bergen, Norway, in October, 1950, in Eau Claire.\r\nHe retired from Wisconsin Telephone Company in 1979.\r\nAn outdoorsman and musician, he loved sailing, fishing, hunting and camping with his family and friends.\r\nHe is survived by his wife of 55 years, Janna; children, John (Karen), Norman (Pamela), Paul (Leslee) and Kristine (Paul); nine grandchildren, Erik (Emily), Justin, Kristen, Janna, Norman, Nora, Emma, Peter and Hanna; nieces and nephews of the Quigg family, Janet, Jim, Joan, Jerry, Tom, Charlie and Jane; nieces of the Johnsen family, Kristi and Tina; and brother-in-law Capt. Leif Johnsen (Annbjorg), Lofoten, Norway.\r\nHe is preceded in death by his parents; and his sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Francis Quigg.\r\nMemorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 16, 2005, at Grace Lutheran Church Chapel with Pastor David J. Irgens and Rev. Norbert W.W. Mokros officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services Saturday at church. Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family.\r\nIn lieu of flowers, family prefers that memorials be directed to the American Heart Association, Memorials&Tribute Program, Dept. 77-3968, Chicago, IL 60678-3968.
