Ricky D. Brown, 38, of 3012 Hillcrest Parkway, Altoona, formerly of 215 Maple Street, Eau Claire, died Sunday, July 7, 1996 at his residence. He was born May 3, 1958 in Elgin, Illinois to David and Carol (Eades) Brown. Ricky was a self employed handyman. Prior to ill health, Ricky enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and hunting.\r\nSurvivors include two daughters, Heather of Chippewa Falls and Brady of LaCrosse; a step-son, Jeremy of Chippewa Falls; his parents, David E. and Carol Brown of Eau Claire; two brothers, Ronald (Elizabeth) of Mesa,AZ, Randy (Kristi) of Eau Claire; two sisters, Renee (Dan) Hays and Rachele (Darren) Clark both of Eau Claire; his grandmother, Alice Dervetski of Rhinelander; many nieces and nephews.\r\nFuneral Services will be at 1:30 P.M. Thursday at Lenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home with Pastor Barbara A. Koch of Grace Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Barum Cemetery, Town of Elk Mound. Friends may call one hour prior to services Thursday at the funeral home.\r\nHe will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
