Robert E. McElwaine, 59, of Eau Claire died Tuesday, February 12, 2008, at his home. He was born in Eau Claire on May 17, 1948, the son of Orville and Lorraine (Bernahl) McElwaine.Robert served in Thailand with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War from January 17, 1967 discharge on March 19, 1968.Robert is survived by his mother, Lorraine of Eau Claire.\r\nHe was preceded in death by his father, Orville.\r\nNO SERVICES WERE HELD
