Obituary
Robert N. Plessel, 83, of Altoona, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2014, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire. Bob was born in Eau Claire on June 30, 1931, to Newell and Lucille Plessel. He went to Eau Claire Senior High School and later joined the Army. Bob worked at Northern States Company for 33 years as the head of printing. He enjoyed bowling, fishing and playing cards. Bob will be sadly missed by his sister, Grace Sperstad; niece and nephew, Diane and Larry Davidson; and some special friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, John Moe; and sister, Gloria Flaig. A private graveside service will be held.
