Roger Dean Stewart, 67, of Chippewa Falls, WI, passed away on November 23, 2018. Roger was born on January 9, 1951, in Eau Claire, WI, son of Lewis and Lois (Meyer) Stewart. He attended Memorial High School. Roger worked many jobs during his life, but spent most of his years working at Uniroyal. Roger spent many years boating and fishing. He especially loved musky fishing. He also enjoyed traveling, music, and spending time with his many friends. The highlight of his life was his two daughters, Megan and Emily. Roger is survived by his daughters, Megan Stewart (Roger Schwarz), Minneapolis, MN, Emily (Travis) Lau, Chippewa Falls; granddaughters, Ellie and Mila Lau, Chippewa Falls; former wife, Karen Stewart, Chippewa Falls; mother, Lois Stewart, Eau Claire; sister, Janel Stewart (Charlie Adam), Eau Claire; and sister-in-law, Jan Stewart, Eau Claire. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, additional family, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Lewis; brothers, Kerry and Rick; grandparents, Arthur and Naomi Stewart, Herman and Helen Meyer. A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2019, at Slim's Lake Hallie Tavern.
