Rolland R. "Rolly" Flackoy, 85, of 1913 9th Street died Wednesday, May 22, 1996 at the Syverson Lutheran Home. He was born March 9, 1911 in Eau Claire to Oliver and Avis (Sibbet) Flackoy. Rolly married Dorothy Paape in Eau Claire at St. Patrick's Catholic Church on February 28, 1935. He was a supervisor at Uniroyal, retiring after forty years of service in 1974.\r\nSurvivors include his wife, Dorothy; a daughter, Jane Krumenauer of Eau Claire; a granddaughter, Kari Krumenauer of Eau Claire; two grandsons, Jeffrey (Susan) Krumenauer of Cedarburg and James (Sandra) Krumenauer of Milwaukee; several nieces and nephews.\r\nRolly was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Irene Stolp and Iris Sperry and a brother Kenneth.\r\nMemorial services will be at 11 A.M. Saturday at St. James The Greater Catholic Church with Father John A. Schultz officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. There will be no visitation prior to services. Lenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home is serving the Family.
