She married her high school sweetheart, Robert L. Fenner on December 24, 1947, and they celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary this past Christmas Eve. \r\nRose was completely dedicated to her family, and will be remembered most for her tender, compassionate, and loving ways. She touched so many lives, and will be deeply missed by many, many friends and her family, including: her husband, Bob; two sons, Michael of Boise, ID, and Brian, of Wisconsin Rapids; daughter, Cheryl (Dean) Radloff of Eau Claire; eight grandchildren, Shannon, Jordan, Clint, and Courtney Fenner, Kristeen Rose (Gerald) Piper, Tyler and Trista Radloff; three great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Morgan Rose Marie, and Madison Piper; sister, Fran Brabec of Bakersfield, CA; two sisters-in-law, Sandra (Ed) Huse and Janice Fenner both of Eau Claire; and several nieces and nephews.\r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents; her brother Emil; and a daughter-in-law, Georgia.\r\nRose enjoyed homemaking, sewing, cooking, and all of the things involved in dedicating her life to her family. She was active in Plymouth U.C.C. activities, participated in Cub Scout and Campfire Girl programs, enjoyed ceramics classes, and made dozens of handcrafted Christmas ornaments, all for the love of her family.\r\nShe also enjoyed collecting and listening to music boxes, and with her husband, friends and family, had acquired many special memories with this collection. There was always a pot of coffee on at the Fenner house, where friends and family were made to feel most welcome.\r\nA celebration of Rose's life will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Plymouth Congregational United Church of Christ with Pastor Chris W. Myers officiating. Friends may call an hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family. \r\nIn lieu of flowers, Rose requested memorials be directed to Plymouth United Church of Christ.\r\nThe family would like to extend their most sincere gratitude and appreciation to everyone who touched Rose's life, including the nurses at Sacred Heart Dialysis Center, Sacred Heart fifth floor nurses, Dr. Jalil, Dr. Schifeling, St. Joseph's Hospice Care nurses and staff, staff at Dove Healthcare Nursing and Rehabilitation, and anyone else involved in Rose's final journey to Heaven...\r\nShe was treated with respect and dignity, and her family will be forever grateful for everyone's love and compassion - our guardian angel Rose is now smiling down on us all!
