Rosemary S. Brown, 57, of Northport, AL, died unexpectedly on Monday, May 14, 2007, at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, AL.\r\nShe was born on October 14, 1949, in Fort Pierce, FL, the daughter of Harold P. and Dorothy (Endicott) Shortridge.\r\nRosemary married Terry G. Brown on December 17, 1988 in Fort Pierce.\r\nRosemary was a member of University Lutheran Church in Tuscaloosa, AL.\r\nShe worked at Regions Bank in Northport, AL, as a bank teller. \r\nRosemary lived a spirit filled life. She was devoted to her family and would do anything for anyone. She loved and was loved by all who knew her. Rosemary worked hard at everything she did and will always be remembered for her unmatched sense of humor.\r\nRosemary is survived by her husband, Terry; two children, Stephanie (James) of Houston, TX and Steven Faa of Northport, AL; two loving stepsons, Peter (Anna) Brown of Miami, FL, and William (Lora) Brown of Palm City, FL; her mother, Dorothy Holzworth of Port St. Lucie, FL; three sisters, Hatha Lee (Ronald) Nemanich of Fort Pierce, FL, Charlene Lashorn of Port St. Lucie, FL, and Kathy (Steven) Wise of Fort Pierce, FL; and a brother, Rodney Vernon Shortridge of Port St. Lucie, FL; three grandsons, Christopher, Jesse, and Austin Knowles; and by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. \r\nShe was preceded in death by her father, Harold; and a special niece, Mary Padrick.\r\nFuneral services will be held Monday, May 21, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Epiphany Lutheran Church in Eau Claire with Pastor Russell Kampfer officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Eau Claire. Visitation will be held Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home and one hour prior to the time of service Monday at the church.\r\n
