Rosemary Janet Dopkins, 77, of Eau Claire died Friday, March 18, 2005, at Luther Hospital. She was born February 2, 1928, in Eau Claire, the daughter of John and Rose (Utz) Kremer. She graduated from St. Patrick's Catholic High School with the class of 1946.\r\nRosemary married Vincent G. Dopkins at Immaculate Conception Church on May 10, 1948.\r\nShe worked for Kmart for 17 years. Rosemary was an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She loved to play cards with friends.\r\nSurvivors include her husband, Vince; five children, Jean Bohlinger (Fleet Butterfield) of Strum, Mary (Richard) Girnau of Eau Claire, Jim (Mary Jo) Dopkins of Hudson, Pat Dopkins of Eau Claire, and Sue (Mike) Court of Oconomowoc; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Joanne (Bill) Perham of Milwaukee and Bonnie Miles of Cleveland, OH; three sisters-in-law, Sister Arita Dopkins, Shirley Kremer, and Leona Kremer; brother-in-law, Floyd Gunderson; and many nieces and nephews.\r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, John, Donald, and Gerald Kremer; and three sisters, Bernadine Werlein, Katherine Blodgett, and Naomi Gunderson.\r\nFuneral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father William Dhein officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church. There will be a 7 p.m. public prayer service Monday at the funeral home.\r\n
