Ruth G. Brunner, 97, of 1405 Truax Blvd., and formerly of 1710 Badger Ave., died Thursday, December 26, 1996 at the Center of Care. She was born October 26, 1899 in Menomonie to Donald and Caroline(Beck)Downs. Ruth married Edward Brunner in Eau Claire on May 23, 1931.\r\nSurvivors include a brother-in-law , George(Elsie)Brunner of Eau Claire, and many cousins.\r\nFuneral Services will be at 11 A.M. Monday at Lenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home with Pastor Chris W. Myers of Plymouth United Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to services Monday at the funeral home.\r\nMemorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association-Indianhead Chapter
