Ruth L. Kopp, 83, of Eau Claire, died Tuesday, August 2, 2005 at Sacred Heart Hospital.\r\nShe was born in Eau Claire on January 30, 1922, the daughter of Clarence H. and Lilly (Schultz) Tyler.\r\nShe married Arthur A. Kopp on August 1, 1953 in Eau Claire. He died on March 27, 1976.\r\nRuth was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Eau Claire, where she sang in choir and served on Ruth Circle. She worked for many years sewing draperies for J.C. Penney independently. \r\nShe is survived by her three sons, Ron and Mark of Eau Claire, and Wayne (Kim) of Verona, WI; and her two grandchildren, Caroline and Alan Kopp of Verona, WI.\r\nShe is preceded in death by two sisters, Alma Stewart and Lavonne Stelter; three brothers, Ray, Toby, and Elton Tyler.\r\nFuneral services will be at 11a.m., Monday, August 8, 2005, at Hope Lutheran Church, with Pastor Randy Olson officiating. Burial will be in Brunswick Cemetery, Town of Brunswick. Family and friends may call Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Monday at the church.
