Infant son, Samuel E. Lovaas, of Eau Claire died Wednesday, June 13, 2007, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN. He was born at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire on June 8. Samuel is survived by his parents, Chad and Anna (Hubbard) Lovaas of Eau Claire; grandparents, Diane Lovaas of Beloit, and Dennis and Fay Hubbard of Eau Claire and Esko, MN; great grandparents, Lorraine McFarlane-Kassing of Eau Claire, and Dean and Clarice Hubbard of Thorp; uncles, Brett (Nancy) Lovaas of Minnetonka, MN, Joshua (Shelly) Lovaas of Mahtamedi, MN, Travis Hubbard of Madison and Mathew Hubbard of Eau Claire; his aunt, Crissy (Morgan) Hubbard Hanson of Chippewa Falls; and cousins, Breckyn (Brett&Nancy) Lovaas and Dean (Crissy and Morgan) Hanson; as well as many great-aunts, great-uncles; and cousins.He was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Raymond McFarlane.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 16, 2007, at Lake Street United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. E. Doyle Blanton officiating.
