Solomon T Yang (X.F. Tsav Xyooj Yaj), 64 years old from St. Paul, MN, passed away on Monday, November 6, 2023, surrounded by his children, brothers, and mother in Eau Claire, WI.

He was born in the village of Naj Vej in Laos on April 4, 1959, to Chai Moua Yang and Mai Moua (Yang). During the Vietnam War, he fled with his family over to Ban Vinai Refugee Camp in Thailand where he met and married Kao Vang.

Solomon devoted the majority of his lifetime ministering in Minnesota and Arkansas with different churches. Outside the church, his hobbies were raising farm animals, gardening, and fishing.

He is survived by 8 children, Gong Peng, Nancy, Brian, Peter, Ricky, Huechee, Mouahmoo, and Joseph as well as 15 grandchildren, 2 brothers, 5 sisters and his mother.

Solomon was preceded in death by his father Chai Moua Yang in 2011 and his wife Kao Yang in 2012.

Visitation for Solomon will take place on Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 9:00am-9:00pm, and Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 11:00am-9:00pm all the the Lenmark WEST CHAPEL on 1405 N. Clairemont Ave in Eau Claire, WI. Solomon will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Cemetery in St. Paul, MN at 10:30am on Monday, November 20, 2023.
