Obituary

TERRY A. BURROWS, 44, of 928 Walnut St., died Saturday, November 2, 1996 at Luther Hospital. He was born May 13, 1952 in Eau Claire to Allman "Al" and Phyllis (Lange) Burrows. He was a 1970 graduate of Memorial High School. Terry married Kristine E. Hanson on May 8, 1976 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Eau Claire. He had worked at Pope and Talbot the past twenty-five years.\r\nHe was a member of Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. Terry was an avid outdoorsman, greatly enjoying hunting and fishing with close friends. One of the greatest joys of his life was sharing his love of the outdoors with his sons at the cabin he built on the shores of Hunter Lake. The "Hunt Club" will never be the same without him.\r\nSurvivors include his wife, Kris; two sons, Craig and Todd both at home; his parents, Al and Phyllis of Eau Claire; two brothers, Larry (Nancy) of Eau Claire and Tom of Janesville; two sisters, Diane (John) Merritt and Debra (Mike) Walter both of Eau Claire; a brother-in-law, Dave (Josie) Hanson of Eau Claire; a sister-in-law, Connie (Townsend) Collins of Knoxville, TN; eleven nieces and nephews.\r\nFuneral Services will be at 2 P.M. Tuesday at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd with Pastors John E. Hosmann and Cynthia A. Crane officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. Friends may call 4 to 8 P.M. Monday (Today) at Lenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.
