Vivian E. Hadt "Bette", age 92 of Eau Claire, died on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire. Bette was born on October 17, 1919, in Eau Claire, to Glenn and Emma (Bredesen) Davis. Bette graduated from Colfax High School with the class of 1937. She worked at Uniroyal for 34 years and was a member of First Lutheran Church in Eau Claire. Bette is survived by her sister, Eila Myers, of Colfax; two children, Clarence Jr., of Eau Claire and Jane Holm, of Grovetown Georgia; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Memorial Service will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 26, 2012, at Lenmark Gomsrud Linn Funeral Home, 814 First Ave., Eau Claire, with Pastor Lowell Halvorson officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Eau Claire. Memorial contributions can be made to Faith Lutheran Mission Church, 1704 Hogeboom Avenue, Eau Claire WI 54701and earmarked for the building fund.
