Wayne D. Goetz, 44, a resident of NW Pathways, in Chippewa Falls, died Wednesday, April 25, 2012, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Wayne was born in Eau Claire on January 18, 1968, the son of Louis "Bud" and Violet (Stipek) Goetz. Wayne enjoyed listening to Polka music, playing with his drum sticks and trips to Burger King. Wayne is survived by his mother, Violet Goetz of Eau Claire; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Louis "Bud" Goetz; and grandparents. Memorial Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 30, 2012, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, 814 First Ave. in Eau Claire, with Pastor Nathan Aaseng officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, in the Town of Elk Mound, WI. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services Monday at the funeral home.
