Wendy Sue Wagner, 41, of Eau Claire died Thursday, December 14, 1995 at Dunn County Health Care Center,Menomonie.\r\nWendy was born April 10, 1954 to Kenneth "Budge" and Muriel (Gullickson) Wagner.She was the 1963 Poster Child for the National Association for Retarded Children. She was a former resident of The Northern Center in Chippewa Falls.\r\nWendy loved to bowl, dance and tease her friends, her humor was ever present. \r\nShe is survived by a brother, Michael K. Wagner of Eau Claire; three sisters, Mary Jo Bement of Eau Claire, Kathi (John) Severson of Chandler,AZ and Julie Norwood of Prescott; many nieces and nephews.\r\nWendy was preceded in death by her parents and a nephew, Jeffrey.\r\nFuneral services will be at 2 P.M. Monday at Lenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home with Pastor Mary L. Jorgensen of Trinity Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery.\r\nFriends may call one hour prior to services Monday at the funeral home.
