Obituary

Wilma A. Zutter, 78, of Eau Claire died Tuesday, September 28, 2004, during a brief stay at Syverson Lutheran Home. She was born April 28, 1926 in Mondovi, Wisconsin, the daughter of Otis and Lila (Gunderson) Urness.\r\nWilma married Donald L. Zutter on July 11, 1956, in Stillwater, MN.\r\nShe worked as a teletype operator for U.S. Rubber Company from 1943 to 1963, and then became a homemaker.\r\nWilma was a very skilled seamstress often sewing items for her home and family. She was a member of Ladies Aide at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.\r\nShe is survived by her husband, Donald; her daughter, Lisa (Douglas) Thronson; two grandchildren, Jessica Donatell and Alex Thronson all of Strum; and a brother, Robert Urness of Mondovi.\r\nWilma was preceded in death by her parents.\r\nFuneral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 2, 2004, at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd with Pastor John E. Hosmann officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Friday at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Saturday at the church.\r\nFamily wishes memorials be directed to Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd Building Fund, 1120 Cedar St., Eau Claire, WI 54703.
