Sharon I. Bautch

Sharon Irene Bautch, 73, of Eau Claire, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 15, 2016, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire. She was born to Selmer and Evelyn (Quale) Larson on March 25, 1943 in Eau Claire, WI. She attended Eau Claire Memorial High School and graqduated in 1961. Following high schools, she worked at Presto Industries, Allied Van Lines, Eau Claire News Company, Luther Hospital and Tru-Gas Company until her retirement in 2007. Sharon was married to Alfred Bautch on May 22, 1971. They were life-long residents of the Town of Washington in rural Eau Claire. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Sharon is survived by her husband, Alfred; brothers, Don and Steve Larson of Eau Claire; brothers-in-law, John (Bernice) Bautch of Minneapolis, MN, Richard (Susan) Bautch of Brownton, MN; sister-in-law, Edie (Gary) Krueger of Stanley, WI; aunt, Dorothy (Melvin) Sanders of Elk Mound; uncle, Merle Quale of Chippewa Falls; numerous cousins; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; and sister-in-law, Kay Larson. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, August 21, 2016, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, 814 First Ave, Eau Claire. Graveside Services will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, August 22, 2016, in Barum Lutheran Cemetery, Township of Elk Mound. The family would like to thank the staff at Sacred Heart Hospital, family, and friends who supported her over the past months. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated in Sharon’s name to a charity of your choice.
