Todd Michael Otto, "Mike" Otto to those who knew him, Age 70, passed away at Luther Hospital on Oct 17, 2023 in Eau Claire WI. He was the son of Clarence & Charlotte Otto. He is survived by his mother Charlotte, sister Cindy Loiselle, sons Todd Otto and Benjamin Jirsa, and partner of 30 years, Naomi Jones.

He graduated from North High School in 1971, served in the U.S. Army from 1971-1974. Mike was a hard worker who ran his own Remodeling business. He met his good friend Nathan Anderson this way. Mike was a lover of the outdoors, if he wasn't walking his dog, Teddy Bear three times a day, he was planning a fishing trip to his favorite place - The Boundary Waters.

Mike will be sorely missed. He was loved by everybody.

A memorial bench will be placed at McDonough park in Eau Claire, dedicated to Mike and Teddy Bear.
